LETSIGNIT is committed to protecting the privacy of website visitors and users.
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform and explain to customers, website visitors, and candidates how Letsignit processes personal data collected as a data controller in connection with the use of its website and various solutions. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, we have defined the following terms:
- Website visitor: refers to all persons browsing this website (and its various internet variants published by LETSIGNIT.
- Prospects: refers to all current and potential customers, partners, resellers, and suppliers of LETSIGNIT.
- Candidate: refers to individuals who wish to apply for a job or internship posted by LETSIGNIT or via an unsolicited application.

1- Collection and processing of personal data from Prospects (legal representative and contact persons):
The mandatory or optional nature of data collection is specified at the time of collection. The mandatory disclosure of certain personal data is necessary for LETSIGNIT to fulfill the purposes specified above.

2- LETSIGNIT collects and processes personal data concerning Candidates as follows:
The data listed above is mandatory as it is necessary for LETSIGNIT to fulfill the purposes specified above.
With regard to Candidates, in accordance with the purposes set out above, personal data may be communicated to LETSIGNIT staff in charge of recruitment and, where applicable, the manager of the position in question and to LETSIGNIT's technical suppliers acting as subcontractors (hosting provider, email provider, recruitment management tool), and, where applicable, to its advisors.
If the recruitment process is successful, in order to finalize the recruitment, the human resources department will be required to transmit some of the information collected to the organizations informed of the hiring (in particular unemployment insurance, health insurance, retirement, and mutual insurance).
3- Personal data concerning the Website visitor collected through cookies and trackers
Data about the website visitor may be collected through cookies and trackers used on this website, which has been published by LETSIGNIT under the conditions explained HERE.
The data may be transferred outside the European Union by LETSIGNIT's subcontractors. They are based on an adequate level of protection or sufficient guarantees, in particular the standard contractual clauses of the European Union of June 4, 2021 (documents available upon written request to LETSIGNIT).

What personal data is collected and why?
Contact requests (contact form and reseller contact form) require users to provide certain personal data.
The following information is mandatory on the contact form: email address, telephone number, job title, company name, country. This data is required so that LETSIGNIT can contact the user appropriately. The user may optionally include a message.
Any user who does not wish to provide the mandatory information will not be able to make a contact request.
How is personal data processed?

Purposes and legal bases: the personal data collected and processed by LETSIGNIT enables us to contact the user again and respond to their request, and then to manage the relationship between LETSIGNIT and the user. This processing is carried out at the user's request in order to contact them again and, where applicable, provide them with a service.
The data collected may also be used by LETSIGNIT to create a file of contacts, prospects, and customers and to send the user emails containing information about LETSIGNIT, its activities, and solutions, within the framework of its legitimate interests resulting from the exercise of its commercial and prospecting activities.

Retention and archiving: Personal Data is retained for a period of 3 years to enable LETSIGNIT to contact the user and archived for the duration of the limitation period, which is the period necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of a legal claim (in principle, 5 years).
These periods are applicable from the date of processing of the contact request or the last contact made by the user, if this date is later.
LETSIGNIT makes every effort to store and archive this personal data under appropriate security conditions in accordance with applicable provisions and current technical means.
Rights of prospects, website visitors, and candidates regarding their personal data
Individuals whose data is collected by LETSIGNIT have the following rights over their personal data at any time:
– Right of access: to obtain confirmation that their personal data is being processed, as well as certain information about the processing, it being understood that this information is in any case provided in this personal data protection policy;
– Right to rectification: to obtain the rectification of their personal data when it is inaccurate or incomplete;
– Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): to obtain the erasure of their personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or in the event of opposition to the processing of their personal data.
The right to erasure may not apply in certain cases outlined in Article 17.3 of the GDPR.
