Every year, close to 2,000 applications from around the world are reviewed, and only a handful are selected. This year, just 13 companies were chosen to join the program.
Beyond the excitement, this is, for all of us at Letsignit, a true validation of more than ten years of relentless work, and of our capacity to meet the expectations of some of the most demanding organizations in the world.
Since its creation, La Maison des Startups LVMH has established itself as a unique innovation catalyst within the luxury sector.
The program has never been a simple showcase for technology. Its purpose is to identify solutions capable of supporting the culture, rigor, and excellence of globally renowned Maisons.
What the program truly supports are innovations, use cases, and visions that can bring meaningful and lasting value to a group as structured as LVMH.
And this is exactly where Letsignit fits.
Letsignit is no longer an “emerging startup.”
We are an established, solid company, with more than 80 team members and over 2.2 million users worldwide.
What La Maison des Startups recognizes is not youth, but our ability to innovate continuously for over ten years, to evolve a market we helped shape and to meet the expectations of organizations with exceptionally high standards.
This selection validates three essential strengths:
For more than a decade, we have been reinventing our solution, pushing further every year on coherence, governance, and security.
Our technology is no longer “under construction”: it is mature, battle-tested, and adopted by complex global organizations with the strictest security requirements.
Even before joining the program, we had the privilege of supporting several Maisons of the group: Sephora, Le Bon Marché, Repossi.
These collaborations allowed us to deeply understand the realities of the luxury sector: brand coherence, image control, creative precision, multi-brand management, and the need for a global system that can adapt locally.
In luxury, every detail matters.
Every interaction shapes, or weakens, a Maison’s perception.
This is precisely where Letsignit brings value: ensuring communication that is consistent, refined, controlled, and carried by the employees themselves.
Today, this coherence is a strategic imperative, directly tied to brand desirability and reputation.
We have never seen Letsignit as a “tech tool,” but as a brand experience embodied by teams.
Where many focus on automation, we focus on expression, pride, and representation.
And this deeply aligns with the values of luxury.
Luxury has always mastered the balance between heritage, creativity, and innovation.
What we bring fits perfectly into this logic: technology that respects the identity, culture, and aesthetic codes of each Maison, while enabling them to move faster, further, and with greater confidence.
And then there is an undeniable symbol: the signature.
In luxury, a signature is a gesture, a hallmark, a promise.
In our world, it becomes the space where every employee reflects the brand they represent: through a daily gesture, controlled, coherent, and meaningful.
This connection is powerful. It goes beyond technology. It speaks to something deeper: the expression of identity.
During this year at Station F, our objective is clear: accelerate.
We have the maturity, the technology, and the experience required to meet these expectations.
What LVMH offers us today is a platform to push our mission even further.
This moment is not just good news for Letsignit.
It is the confirmation of an intuition, a model, and the level of rigor we have upheld since day one.
And it is also a moment of profound collective pride. Pride in the road traveled.
Pride in the teams who, for more than a decade, have built, tested, reinvented and strengthened a solution that is now a standard.
Pride, finally, in being recognized by a group that places culture, excellence, and creativity at the center of everything it does.
We are deeply grateful to our team members, who make this ambition possible; to our clients, who constantly push us to innovate and excel; and to the LVMH teams, for their trust and the quality of the program.
We are ready, and eager, to write this next chapter alongside the Maisons of the LVMH Group, with the same conviction: employee-driven communication is a strategic brand asset, and deserves to be treated as such.
Yes, with the 'Campaigns' offer, it is possible to track the number of clicks on the email signatures of all your employees in the 'Statistics' area of the platform.
You can then access a detailed or global view of the number of clicks on the email signatures of each employee. You can use the search option to target a specific signature or a given period. Finally, you have the possibility to export all statistics to an Excel document.
If you launch campaigns with banners inserted in your email signatures, you can also access their performance via this same space.
With Letsignit, you can easily add social network icons in your collaborators' email signatures and link to your company pages. Also, our "attributes" feature allows you to manage personalized URLs for each of your collaborators such as their individual LinkedIn profile.
And that's not all: you can add links to an appointment-setting application, allow your customers to leave reviews easily, and integrate our 'Chat on Teams' widget to let anyone start a discussion via Microsoft Teams chat.
It’s up to you! As an administrator of the Letsignit platform, you choose whether or not to grant modification rights to your employees. These permissions are managed on an attribute-by-attribute basis, which means that you can decide to allow the employee to change their phone number, but not the address of your premises, for example.
This feature applies to all attributes in your directory, including custom attributes created on Letsignit. When your employees change one or more attributes, your directory is obviously not affected.
It often happens that employees make their email signature their own: custom format, bad fonts, colors inconsistent with the brand standards... all of this has an impact on your brand!
A consistent visual identity is considered authentic and outperforms a perceived weak one by 20%. And, your customers are 2.4 times more likely to buy your products.
With Letsignit, take back control over your brand identity by standardizing all your email signatures. Our tool has many features that allow you to customize your signatures by department, by audience or by subsidiary. Not to mention the possibility of carrying out campaigns within your email signatures thanks to our Campaign offer.
What is the user experience like for our employees?
In both cases:
In short, they have autonomy in their email signature, but you keep control on the field, signatures, and banners they can edit or use.
With our "multi-signature" feature, your employees can benefit from multiple email signatures. No technical manipulation is required. Thanks to our Add-in for Outlook or the desktop app, they can change their email signatures as they wish with just a few clicks.
Regarding the creation of email signatures, you can make several variations such as:
Everything has been thought of to go further in the personalization process based on the recipient of your emails.
If sending emails has an impact, non-optimized email signatures also have an impact. An unsuitable format or an image that is too heavy considerably increases the size of your signatures... and therefore, your emails.
